We collect personal information directly from you and, in limited cases, automatically through the Site.

a) Information you provide to us directly

  • Contact form: When you contact us through the on-site form, we collect your name and email address, along with whatever message you choose to include.

  • Survey responses: If you complete our survey (hosted via Google Forms), we collect the answers you submit, which may include your name, email address, and information about your background, challenges, or experiences as a student studying abroad. Survey responses are stored in Google Forms/Google Sheets, subject to Google’s own privacy practices (policies.google.com/privacy).
